Goff’s passion for delivering exceptional results and her unwavering commitment to advancing patient safety and outcomes make her a natural fit for this role, as well as the PCL mission and culture. Goff will apply her demonstrated ability to effectively identify and resolve complex challenges within the healthcare sector as she leads the development and implementation of PCL’s commercial and innovation strategy.

Goff joins the PCL team with more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Holding a packaging engineering degree from Michigan State University, she launched her career as a packaging engineer at Edwards Lifesciences, in new product development, global operations, and quality management. Transitioning to Stryker, Goff took on additional responsibilities driving change, developing talent, and implementing cost reduction strategies. Most recently, Goff served as Global Director of Product Strategy at Oliver Healthcare Packaging, identifying unmet needs in the healthcare marketplace to define and deliver the firm’s global product strategy.
