Responsible for technical sales support and the growth of current and new clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle — respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and identify new opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach
• Build and grow client relationships — support client onboarding and account management, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive retention and revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally — partner with Sales Engineers, lab operations, and marketing to align on client needs and ensure successful project execution
• Maintain CRM and sales documentation — keep lead, activity, and customer data accurate in the NetSuite CRM system, and author client-facing technical documentation as needed
• Support pipeline and strategy development — contribute to sales campaigns, outreach initiatives, process improvements, and performance reporting to increase efficiency and win rates
• Stay current on industry knowledge — maintain up-to-date understanding of company services, capabilities, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 11607)

Qualifications:

• 0-5 years’ experience in technical sales, marketing, packaging engineering, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM systems (NetSuite) a plus

• This position is salary exempt and commission eligible. The pay range varies depending on skills, abilities, relevant experience, and length of service with the company

Job Description

The lab technician position will report directly to the Director of Operations and be a hands-on contributor in the lab. Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish by perform package testing including transportation simulation, climatic conditioning, accelerated aging, and integrity inspections (bubble leak, dye leak, peel strength, visual, dimensional measurement, etc.). Use of good laboratory practices (GLP) and good documentation practices (GDP) is always required as the lab technicians shall author reports for review by management. Other duties include preventative maintenance to equipment, shipping and receiving, general cleaning and upkeep of the lab, and other assigned duties. Individuals in this position have a direct impact on the Medical Industry and are required to operate ethically and with patient safety as the highest priority.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years in a technical or quality field preferred
• Some college, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Training will be provided

Compensation, Benefits, and Structure

This position is full-time with a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. This position is MondayFriday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available on the first of the month following first day of employment. In addition, PCL also offers a 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions, company-paid life and disability insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Job Description

The Production Technician position will report directly to the Production Manager and be a hands-on contributor in the cleanroom supporting medical device production. The main responsibilities include testing and building products or subassemblies for functionality or quality, supporting the execution of the production schedule, setting up and operating production equipment in accordance with the company’s manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures, and supporting inventory management while following all ISO13485 requirements, company policies and procedures, customer requirements, good laboratory practices (GLP), and good documentation practices (GDP) at all times. As a Production Technician at PCL, you will be involved in several different projects with exposure to a wide variety of medical devices and packaging systems. With the steady growth of PCL, there will be various training opportunities and room for advancement. Individuals in this position have a direct impact on the Medical Industry and are required to operate ethically and with patient safety as the highest priority.

Qualifications

o Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
o At least two years in a technical or quality field preferred
o FDA regulated manufacturing experience preferred
o Some college, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsible for senior technical sales support and the growth of current and new clientele.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver presentations in person and virtually explaining PCL services to clients and prospective clients; secure new clients through quotes and proposals
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsells; collaborate with sales counterparts on technical support and recommend PCL services to solve client problems
• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of key accounts; manage CRM contacts and participate in sales strategy and system development
• Research and develop new service and partnership opportunities in collaboration with the Leadership Team; identify industry trends and provide data for future investment decisions
• Host and execute Lunch and Learns for contract manufacturers and current and prospective clients
• Provide technical insights to the team by breaking down complex technical processes into understandable formats for client adoption
• Promote and represent PCL at trade events and conferences; 50%+ travel may be required

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to model PCL values in all client interactions
• A sound understanding of ISO 11607 and all PCL services
• A strong work ethic and proven skills in research, networking, and technical sales
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years’ experience in engineering, technical sales, project management, or product development; medical packaging engineering experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; demonstrated record of success
• Sales training and mentorship will be provided
