Packaging Compliance Labs, PCL, is a medical device packaging testing and engineering firm headquartered in Kentwood, MI, and working with clients around the country. As a young, successful, and rapidly growing company, we are looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our positive culture and work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns and LinkedIn activities.
- Marketing Material Development: Collaborate closely with technical teams to create and manage impactful marketing collateral including one-pagers, case studies, brochures, presentations, and more.
- Oversee the blog production process, coordinating SME interviews, managing copywriters, ensuring LinkedIn promotion, maintaining SEO compliance, and generating comprehensive performance reports.
o Manage webinar projects by ensuring cohesive branding, creating engaging promotional materials, arranging Zoom events, managing live webinar logistics, and conducting post-event attendee follow-ups.
- Oversee the blog production process, coordinating SME interviews, managing copywriters, ensuring LinkedIn promotion, maintaining SEO compliance, and generating comprehensive performance reports.
- Website Updates: Implement and manage website updates based on recommendations and strategies provided by external digital marketing partners.
- Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, manage posting schedules, and maintain a dynamic social content calendar.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Administer and execute email marketing strategies, including the creation of targeted drip campaigns, email list segmentation, performance reporting, and presentation of insights to stakeholders.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed of current industry trends, news, and relevant events to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience
- Experience with creating various types of internal and external sales enablement and marketing content
- Experience managing projects from concept to delivery
- Familiarity with SEO
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
This position is full-time with a competitive hourly rate based on skills and experience. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available on the first of the month following the first day of employment. In addition, PCL also offers a 401(k) plan with matching employer contributions, company-paid life and disability insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Recruitment Steps
