Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA – TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2023 – Packaging Compliance Labs (PCL) unveils its latest milestone with the grand opening of its expanded facility in Grand Rapids, MI.

Positioned on Kraft Ave, just a stone’s throw away from their Brockton Drive headquarters, the new 35,000 sqft building signifies a significant step forward for PCL. This strategic expansion empowers them to bolster their testing capacity, enhance engineering capabilities, introduce customized testing methods, and establish a center of excellence for sterile packaging.

Matthew Lapham, President, and Co-Founder of PCL, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “The addition of this new lab will not only allow us to amplify our existing capacities but also solidify PCL’s standing as the industry leader in fastest lead times. Furthermore, it enables us to offer an expanded range of services to our esteemed clients.”

The Kraft expansion marks PCL’s fifth and most substantial expansion since its establishment in 2014. Within the new site, PCL has incorporated additional resources and capabilities, including environmental conditioning, distribution testing, accelerated aging, real-time aging, sterile barrier integrity testing, as well as expanded office space for engineering services and a growing workforce.
